AMPLIFY YOUR Artistry

Frequency is more than a competition. It’s a space for dancers and choreographers ready to step into their artistry — to be seen, challenged, and inspired as they grow toward what’s next.

OUR DIFFERENCE

  • Dancer performing under dramatic stage lighting
    Artistry-first competition
  • Dancers performing a lift during a team dance routine
    Professional adjudication and workshops
  • black and white image of a dancer in a dramatic pose
Respect for choreography and creative risk
  • black and white image of a modern dance routine
    Designed to advance
